Directions

Take one big size beetroot and wash it carefully. Slice it in small pieces so that it will become easy to grind. You can also add one carrot in the juice. Wash the carrot, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Now put the chopped beetroot and carrot in the mixer and blend them till it is a fine paste. Now strain it through a strainer and get rid of the pulp before pouring the freshly made juice in the glass.  Instead of a blender and straining, you can use any of your favorite juicers to do everything easily.

Ingredients

  • Two medium size bitter gourds
  • 1 tsp lime juice/ Black pepper or ginger
  • Half a glass of water

Directions

Take two medium size bitter gourds and wash them. You don’t need to peel the skin and instead use it as it is. Slice them into small piece and put it in a grinder with half glass of water and 1 tsp of lime. Instead of lime you can also add bit of black pepper and ginger. Blend them till it becomes a puree. Now remove the juice in a glass, you can sieve the pulp if you want to.

  • 1 big apple
  • 1/2 of a whole juicy watermelon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Ice cubes

Take one apple, wash it and cut it into pieces. Next take a big watermelon and split it into half. Take one half and cut it into pieces and also removing it from the skin. If you want you can also not remove the seeds of watermelon. Take the chopped pieces of both the apple and the watermelon and put them in a mixer along with 1 tsp of sugar. Watermelon in itself is very juicy, so if you wish you can also add half a cup of water to it. Now grind them all together properly and make a fine paste. Pour the juice in a glass and add a couple of ice cubes.

  1. Pomegranate Juice

It might take some time to peel the skin of a pomegranate but the efforts are completely worth it. Not only a store house of many nutrients, pomegranate also contains folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, antioxidant and ellagic acid amongst others. Research and studies have shown that regular drinking of its juice can help to reduce risk of chronic diseases to a great extent.   • Two pomegranates
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • Half glass of water’
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Take two pomegranates and peel the skin to get the seeds out in a bowl. Now, simply put them in the grinder and add one tsp of sugar and water. Blend them with a mixer and make a fine paste. Take a sieve and get the pulp out before pouring the juice in a glass. Add couple of ice cubes in it and a refreshing and energizing juice is all ready.
